This is a rare role, to suit an experienced Property Manager, a 5 day/week WFH Role. As a full-time Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants.

The role is to manage 100 - 130 properties. Majority of the properties located in One townhouse complex located at Riverview. Your Portfolio will be always located within this region

You’ll manage a portfolio from end-to-end and enjoy a chance to contribute to planning, growth, strategy and more.

Responsibilities:

· End to end duties with a VA for administrative support and out of office support

· Providing comprehensive property management services, including maintenance coordination, tenant selection, lease management, and rental arrears management in Property Me

· Enjoy VA support with respect to process based tasks

· Effectively communicating with landlords and tenants to address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

· Ensuring all properties are marketed effectively to attract high-quality tenants

· Maintaining detailed property records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

· Assisting with the development and implementation of property management strategies to maximise returns for landlords

The successful candidates will possess:

· Minimum 2 years experience in real estate in a property management role

· Current Qld real estate registration

· Current driver's licence

· Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel

· Previous experience with Property Me & Inspection Express

· Knowledge to induct new tenants through Lease sign ups and vacating tenants to assist with smooth tenancy transitions
