About the roles
The Income Administration Officer(APS3) is responsible for providing timely and accurate income processing support activities and/or debt recovery functions for claimants. The Income Administration Officer will process income payments within required timeframes and compliant with set procedures and provide accurate receipting and recording of records. The Income Administration Officer will contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators for the Income Support team.
The Income Support Officer (APS4) works as part of the Assessment and Assurance teams responsible for timely and accurate calculation and payment of incapacity benefits. The Income Support Officer will contribute to a range of income assessment and assurance functions related to claims management and achievement of key performance indicators and the maintenance of complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Senior Income Support Payments & Recoveries Officer(APS6) is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of income support payments and the timely identification and recovery of overpayments of income support payments.
The Senior Income Support Payments & Recoveries Officer will contribute to and manage a range of activities related to the delivery of payroll activities on income support determinations and all activities related to debt recovery. They will also contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators and the maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
