Your Car Sold is a fast growing car buying business with multiple locations throughout the Perth metropolitan area. We make selling a car quick & easy - allowing clients to avoid the hassle of selling privately or trying to trade in at car dealerships.

We require a highly organised, self driven & customer focussed individual to handle incoming appointment requests & customer service enquiries for our 4 busy locations.

You will manage incoming enquiries utilising our easy to use software to streamline online, SMS, email and phone leads. The majority of our bookings are made using our software systems, however, for our clients requiring further information, or those preferring to book in person, you should also have a great phone manner. You will also require a good level of computer literacy and be comfortable using our custom, easy to use CRM.

All enquiries are incoming - no cold calling.

Core Responsibilities

Manage all incoming appointment requests & allocate to closest branch

Ability to convert lead to appointment booking

Follow up all enquiries efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service & response times

Ensure accurate collection of customer information

Provide clear benefits and advantages of service to clients

Minor office admin tasks & checking of paperwork & procedures

Requirements

Bright, friendly personality with a confident, professional phone manner

Have strong computer skills

Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task

Be able to self manage & work with minimal supervision

Utilise technology to effectively communicate with clients including SMS (online), email & phone

Be able to communicate and work within the team environment

What We Offer

Full Time 38 hours or part time considered
