Alimentari has been a Melbourne institution since 1998. We have grown from our first establishment, Alimentari Deli in Fitzroy, then in 2013 we opened Alimentari Kitchen in Collingwood, and most recently Alimentari Goods in Collingwood.

Alimentari is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team!

The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years of experience is required in relevant cuisine in a commercial kitchen
Diploma or equivalent in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality

Experience with Mediterranean cuisine

Experience as Breakfast Chef
Lead by example
Works well under pressure
Drive a hardworking, productive team culture
