We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of a global ERP program, transforming core financial processes and systems.

About the Role: As ERP Finance Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a group-wide ERP transformation focused on finance operations and reporting. You will lead cross-functional team, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment between finance, technology and business objectives. This is a high-impact role with visibility at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the finance workstream within a major ERP implementation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Workday Financials)
• Act as the key interface between Finance and Technology, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable ERP solutions
• Oversee planning, governance and execution across all phases of delivery – from design through deployment and post go-live support
• Partner with global finance leaders to drive standardisation, automation and best practice processes
• Manage external implementation partners and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across workstreams

About You:

• Proven track record in large-scale ERP finance transformations in global organisations
• Deep understanding of finance operations, processes, and controls (GL, AP/AR, FP&A, Tax, etc.)
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills, including with senior finance and technology executives
• Experience within insurance and with IFRS 17 insurance accounting standard highly regarded
• Experience working in financial services or similarly complex, regulated environments preferred
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills
• Relevant qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, PMP, etc.) desirable
