About the role:

• Delivering end of month outputs for the assigned Groups, ensuring quality outcome and timeliness.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders, creating trusted partnerships with key business stakeholders, and assisting with planning, strategy development and risk ligation.
• Leading implementation of financial decisions and budget process.
• Leading financial policy and procedure development and updates.
• Initiating and implementing innovation and improvements of existing business practice to achieve efficiency.
• Leading assigned projects and collaborating with wider Branch/Division/Group to achieve outcomes.
• Providing leadership and mentoring and supporting your direct team.

About you:

• You will have accounting knowledge and associated professional qualifications
• You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoints
• You will have proficiency in SAP and SAP BT
• You will have executive level verbal and written communication skills
• You will have attention to detail
• You will have ability to identify and resolve/mitigate issues/risks
• You will have team management / leadership skills
• You will have strategic thinking
• You will have ability to work with uncertainty and under pressure
• You will ability to plan and prioritise for team deliverables

Benefits:
