Our client, a progressive public infrastructure body on Perth’s vibrant coast, is seeking a skilled Project Administrator or Business Analys (or similar) to join their Building, Facilities, and Sustainability team. This dynamic organisation delivers impactful projects that enhance infrastructure and environmental sustainability, spanning new construction, heritage restoration, landscaping, roads, and community facilities. About the Role
In this role you’ll support the seamless delivery of building and facilities projects while leading a critical systems improvement and document control initiative. Reporting to the Head of Projects and collaborating with the Project Control Group (PCG), you’ll ensure compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This 6-month contract offers potential for extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
BAU Support: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder communications for diverse initiatives.
Systems Improvement Project: Drive enhancements in document control processes, ensuring accurate records, version control, and policy compliance.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for the PCG and senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to implement change and support project outcomes.
About You
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project administration and process optimisation. To succeed, you’ll need:
Experience: At least 2 years as a Project Administrator/Business Analyst (or similar), ideally in public sector, facilities management, or construction projects.
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint). Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with systems/process improvement methodologies and procurement or contract administration compliance.
Availability: Commitment to a full-time schedule for 6 months.
