About the Role: Head of Operations

You’ll be responsible for:

Customer Service Operations

Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Demand Planning and Inventory

3PL and Logistics Partner Oversight

Operational Efficiency, Data, and Reporting

You'll collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business growth and evolve our operational capability.
