They work with major fleet owners and their subcontractors who rely on them for fast, precise, and technically sound solutions. About the Role:
This is more than just a management role, it’s about building a strong, accountable, and motivated team that consistently delivers results. As Sales Performance Manager, you’ll lead from the front, coaching and developing the sales team, lifting performance, and aligning people, processes, and outcomes to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving sales team performance across key metrics like revenue, margin, and activity-based KPIs
• Coaching and mentoring reps to lift individual and team capability
• Embedding and enforcing consistent sales processes and best practices
• Partnering with leadership to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals
• Creating a culture of accountability where the team is supported and challenged to succeed
• Leading by example and jumping in hands-on when needed

About You:

• Strong background in sales leadership or sales performance coaching
• Proven experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Track record of lifting performance across teams and individuals
• High personal accountability and the ability to drive execution
• Comfortable leading change and navigating ambiguity
• Confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills
