Avant Stone has been experiencing strong growth and we are looking for an operations coordinator who can be a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders across our Sydney and Newcastle locations.

In this newly created role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that we continue to grow and scale in a sustainable way.

You will be the glue that binds the sales, administrative and warehousing functions within the company, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of our internal operations across both locations, including rostering, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff across both locations to achieve high performance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an operations coordinator, with a track record of success in improving efficiency and productivity across multiple locations.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in accounting, information systems or supply chain management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across both locations
• A passion for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers
• Experience implementing systems and controls to support business growth and scalability
