What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure existing customers are regularly contacted and managed.
• Resolve customer issues/complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
• Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads.
• Identify new business opportunities, by region, with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Research and search for potential new customers.

What You Need to Have:
Required:

• Proven Experience in an Account Manager Role.
• Experience working with and meeting sales targets and budgets.
• A proven background in customer service with success in building and maintaining strong relationships.
• A drive to seek new business and achieve all goals.
• Solid analytical Skills.
• Must have working rights in Australia.
• Must have good verbal and written skills.
• Self-motivated team player, able to work independently and sustain self-motivation.

Preferred:

• Existing work experience in the Food and Beverage Industry.
