Key Responsibilities include:

picking and packing of orders and facilitate picking enquiries.

Assisting customer service with stock information upon request

Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet delivery schedules.

Implementing and enforcing workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Monthly reporting and time sheets for casuals. General admin duties as required.

Skills & Experiences

Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and develop warehouse teams effectively.

Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office email, excel and word.
