Who are we looking for?
A well-presented and customer-focused Sales and Warehouse Manager to join our team.
If you're physically fit, can manage the warehouse, and have a knack for exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Showroom sales
Manage the warehouse and help staff with packing.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Provide expert advice and product knowledge to clients.
Collaborate to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A valid driver’s licence.
Forklift licence (not essential).
You are a perfect fit, if:
You have previous experience in the following industries: landscaping, construction, architecture or design (this is desired but not essential).
You can close deals.
You take the initiative.
You are solution-focused and can multitask.
You can communicate well with your teammates and customers.
You pride yourself in always providing excellent customer service.
You are ambitious and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

The package includes a monthly performance-based commission structure and a mobile phone and laptop.
This is a permanent full-time position 5 days a week and Saturdays are a requirement to be a successful applicant.
We will provide full training across our product range and introduce you to our complete step-by-step sales process (this involves a comprehensive 2 months training at the head office in Glebe). We will present you with growth opportunities and goals and will help you achieve them.
