MMM Auto Centre has been a family owned business operating for over 20 years. Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne we are rapidly growing with new expansions & opportunities to the company.

We are seeking an experienced sales interpreter to join our spare parts department of our business, which is a critical role to the success of our business.

As the first point of contact, we are looking for prompt and professional interaction with customers. This role would suit someone who enjoys delivering a high level of customer service, with a background of experience in the automotive retail industry.

Full time position, 8.00am to 5pm Monday - Friday & alternating Saturday work 8am - 4pm.

Annual salary $60k - $80k

What will be required from you on a day to day basis:

• Answering sales enquiries via phone, customer walk ins, emails, social media platforms.
• Providing excellent customer service by compiling quotes, product information and support to our local & trade customers in a timely manner
• Providing parts and accessories to the trade, service and sales departments
• Order, monitor and process parts inventory
• Promote parts sales and achieve sales targets
• Develop new business and sustain current customers

What you can bring to the role:

• Experience in Automotive Spare Parts sales and interpreting is ESSENTIAL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in a wrecking yard (Preferred)
• Mechanical & parts knowledge (Preferred)
• You can work well within a team environment
• Experience in receipting, invoicing and stock control
• You have a positive work ethic and the ability to handle a fast paced environment
• You are capable of prioritising workload and customer requirements
