About the role

Zengal Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Bottleshop Supervisor to join our team in Kensington, Victoria. This full-time position will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy bottleshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Managing and supervising the bottleshop team, including rostering, training and performance management

Maintaining stock control and inventory, receiving and stock management

Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers

Handling cash and financial transactions, including banking and reconciliations

Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing.

Restocking the cool room and container and ensuring all stock is correctly faced.

Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring it is filtered through to the staff

Maintaining store presentation including displays, and cleanliness

Regular stocktakes.

Updating weekly specials and new product pricing

What we're looking for

Previous retail or hospitality supervisory experience

Strong product knowledge and customer service skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Sound financial and cash handling skills

Proven leadership and team management experience

An enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a focus on delivering great customer experiences

Completed Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Bepoz backend knowledge desirable but not essential
