Redcliffe Golf Club is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and friendly environment, delivering quality service to our valued members and guests.

About the Role: As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the bar. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising daily bar operations

Leading and supporting bar staff

Delivering excellent customer service to members and guests

Managing stock control and cash handling

Ensuring RSA, RSG, and safety compliance

Assisting with events and functions

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role

A current RSA, RSG, CLO, RMLV Certificates

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required
