About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join a bar from the ground up. As our Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in setting the standard for service, supporting staff development, and contributing to the overall vibe and success of the bar from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting, training, and managing the opening bar team.

Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high service standards.

Work closely with Manager to develop menus and drinks offerings.

Maintain stock levels, ordering processes, and cost control.

Lead by example during shifts and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Help implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.

A confident, can-do attitude and leadership qualities.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.

Excitement about working in a start-up environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
