Job Duties:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for contract management and project coordination? We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, managing paperwork, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. If you have a strong background in overseeing contractor work, advising senior management, and handling inquiries and issues related to contracts and services, we invite you to apply and contribute to our organization’s continued success.
We are looking for candidates who embody the following qualities and previous experience to be eligible for this job role:-
● Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, as well as programs, projects, and services.
● Responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and affected individuals.
● Managing the paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services.
● Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and others to ensure project goals are achieved.
● Advising senior management on matters that require attention and implementing their decisions.
● Overseeing the work of contractors and reporting on any variations to work orders.
● Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organization’s activities.
● Collecting and analyzing data related to projects undertaken and reporting on project outcomes.
● Reviewing and arranging new office accommodations.
Requirements for you to be successful:
● At least 1-2 years of experience as a Contract administrator or similar position.
● Relevant qualifications in the field of business administration and management or similar qualifications
● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage contract variations and associated paperwork accurately.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, and other stakeholders.
● Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
