We are looking for a focused and detailed oriented Contracts Administration Assistant to join our team.

This role can be either Full Time or Permanent Part Time (pro-rata) based in our Head Office in Kingston.

About the Role:

As a Contracts Administration Assistant, you will support our National Contracts manger in managing the administrative aspects of contract execution, compliance, and record-keeping. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes and helping us deliver on our customer commitments efficiently.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and agreements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract documents and correspondence

Support project tracking and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes

Liaise with internal departments and external clients to gather information and resolve contract-related queries

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document control

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in administration or a contracts-related role (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word)

Ability to work independently

Manage and prioritise deadlines
