Partnering with this long-standing, family-run and rapidly growing logistics business to find their next Office Manager, we’re excited to speak with individuals who thrive on connection, keep operations sharp, and lead with calm confidence.

This is your chance to step into a central role where team culture, pace, and operations all come together and where you’ll be trusted to keep it running smoothly.

You’ll oversee a tight-knit admin team of 7 and report directly to a senior leader who values clear communication and a steady hand. With a total headcount of 39 across the business, your impact will be felt across the whole operation.

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily operations of a busy office

  • Leading a capable support team with a collaborative, practical approach

  • Handling supplies, equipment, and office upkeep

  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and service providers

  • Identifying process improvements and helping implement new streamlined approaches

  • Maintaining accurate reporting and performance data

  • Creating a positive, people-focused team culture

What You’ll Bring

  • A successful track record of 1–3+ years in office management or team admin leadership

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure

  • Outstanding people skills – clear, direct, and solutions-driven

  • Tech confidence – strong Microsoft Office skills are essential

  • A proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

  • Confidence in taking the lead while still being hands-on
