We're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our Client for a 6- month, day rate contract to work on a high-impact program of work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone with a strong background in organisational change and HR-led transformation, particularly someone who has successfully delivered change in the context of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) or similar workplace reform initiatives. Addtionally as a member of the Change practice you will support other change related initiatives and projects within the wider technology program.
Working closely with senior leaders, internal teams, and project stakeholders, the Senior Change Manager will drive a structured change approach across key workstreams, ensuring the business is well supported through a period of transformation and growth. You'll bring a proactive and people-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with major change in complex organisational settings.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end change management activities across assigned program streams, applying structured methodology to assess impacts, engagement, communications and training needs.
- Playing a pivotal role in supporting change activities related to EBA implementation and workforce transformation.
- Conducting change impact and readiness assessments and delivering tailored strategies to support adoption and uplift.
- Developing clear and consistent communications in partnership with project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating the development and delivery of fit-for-purpose training materials, workshops and change collateral.
- Building strong relationships across People & Culture, Legal, and operational teams to align messaging and manage resistance effectively.
- Tracking change outcomes and providing reporting on change readiness, engagement, and success measures.
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience delivering large-scale organisational change within complex or evolving environments.
- Demonstrated experience in change associated with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA), workforce reform, or similar HR-led initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - from project teams to C-suite.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, APMG, Agile Change Leadership) and proven ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Experience designing and delivering change and training solutions in "greenfield" or low maturity environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a natural ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within state or federal government
- Familiarity with Australian employment law or enterprise workforce processes.
