Be involved in direction and final production of a range of online video content

Work on projects from concept stage through to finished product

This role is full-time based in our office/studio in Dee Why on the Northern Beaches.

What is the role?

As a key member of our small but growing team, the Junior Videographer / Editor will be responsible for a variety of duties including pre-production, video shooting, post-production editing and working collaboratively with clients to formulate creative ideas.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

Cinematography including camera operating, lighting, audio and gimbals (Sony / Canon / RED)

Post production using primarily DaVinci Resolve (Adobe Suite also beneficial)

Provide input into the storytelling process and aesthetic style as required

Producing capabilities built on outstanding communication skills and attention to detail

Being a willing team player, and looking to grow with our brand into the future

Responsibilities:

Organization and ability to handle multiple projects at once

Ability to create outstanding video content aligned with the brand tone of voice - both engaging and commercial

High-level skills in video production (use of lighting, sound recording and camera work)

High-level skills in post-production, and audio mixing.

Motion graphic and compositing skills with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve

What you need

You have a passion for storytelling, an interest in social & online marketing and an innate drive to get to the heart of a client's needs in order to tell their story as well as nailing key messages and delivering creative that performs.

Practice hands-on experience in video production and editing

Photography, copywriting and social media skills are a bonus

A Great Attitude and Team Player
