Role Overview:
Reporting to our Lead Videographer & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality video content and initiatives to engage and attract our target audience. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through visually compelling videos and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:
Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
Plan, schedule, and execute video shoots, both in-studio and on location.
Direct talent and crew, ensuring that video shoots meet creative standards and deadlines.
Edit and post-produce video content, incorporating music, sound, graphics, and effects.
Manage equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software.
Maintain a well-organized video library and ensure backup of all video files.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in content creation, with the ability to shoot content and edit.

Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro.

Excellent creative and storytelling skills.

Hold a valid Australian drivers licence.

Ability to travel to remote worksites in regional communities for content creation (accommodation and meal allowance provided).

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
