We’re looking for a keen and capable Junior Video Editor to join our creative team 2 days per week in our Byron Bay office. If you’re someone with basic to mid-level editing skills, a hunger to learn, and a good eye for content, this is your chance to grow inside a high-energy business coaching brand helping service-based businesses scale.

What You’ll Do

Prep footage and projects for reels and long-form edits

Edit multi-cam podcast episodes and export clean audio with chapter markers

Cut social media reels from podcast content

Resize and prepare ads for different platforms

Assist with social media formatting and YouTube uploads

Assist with filming

Upload recorded sessions to our online platform

Work closely with and report to our Lead Editor

What We’re Looking For

Basic to mid-level editing experience

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback onboard

Reliable and detail-oriented, with a creative edge

Understanding of social-first content formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Comfortable working in-office in Byron Bay 2 days per week

Bonus Points For

Experience with camera work and basic filming setups

Knowledge of audio clean-up

Familiarity with brand content and lead generation
