Our client in Kenwick is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Kenwick on a permanent basis! With a committed team of approximately 20 staff, they're focused on quality, safety, and efficiency in every aspect of our operation.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support a high-performing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, safety, and productivity while actively engaging in warehouse activities, including operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations
• Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as needed
• Ensure compliance with food/feed safety, quality standards, and site accreditations
• Maintain stock integrity using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Train and mentor staff to uphold high operational standards
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements

• 1-2 year of warehouse supervisor experience
• Proven experience in warehousing, ideally in a food-related environment
• Valid forklift license with experience in Reach and Counterbalance operation
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards
• Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
