Our client, who works within the fabricating and manufacturing industry with different divisions in construction and demolition, are currently seeking an experience Workshop Supervisor to join their team at their workshop in Malaga for a full-time permanent position.

Position Duties:

This role will see you completing a variety of duties including but not limited to:

• Supervise a team of 7-10 boilermakers on a 2-week rotation of day and afternoon shifts
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met across all tasks
• Have a hands-on approach to lead and guide the team
• Manage the workflow and delegate tasks effectively within your team
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Boilermaker Trade Certificate
• Current Drivers Licence
• Able to pass medical, drug and alcohol tests
• Previous experience supervising a team of tradespeople
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Able to start ASAP

In return, you will be offered a full-time hourly rate of $53p/hr - $55p/hr + penalties + super (depending on experience). You will work predominately day shift however may be required to work some afternoon shifts which would incur a shift loading as well. Your hours will be Monday – Friday, 6am – 4pm with overtime available when workload allows it. Some weekend work may also be required.
