We are currently seeking an experienced Cartage Coordinator to join our Banksmeadow-based team. This is a hands-on role within international freight forwarding, ideal for someone with a proven background in coordinating FCL, LCL and Airfreight cartage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customs releases across FCL, LCL & Airfreight cargo
• Prepare accurate and timely cartage documentation
• Liaise directly with clients and transport service providers
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Perform general administrative tasks and meet operational deadlines
• Support management with additional duties as required

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a cartage role within freight forwarding is essential
• CargoWise / EDI Enterprise experience is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A proactive mindset and solid work ethic
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
