As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Operations Manager & Marketing Coordinator to support the CEO and Head of Operations.
The Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our executive team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease. You will work closely with both the CEO and Head of Operations, providing critical administrative support and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure their time is spent effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
Project Coordination: Assist with key projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
Event Planning: Coordinate and organise internal and external events, meetings and functions.
Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, correspondence and other documentation as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Officer / Manager.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
High level of professionalism and discretion, particularly when dealing with confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also being a strong team player.
Prior experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is a plus, but not essential.
