We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our small team on the Gold Coast. This is a flexible position, ideal for someone looking to work during school hours.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping functions for four small businesses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Invoice Data Entry

Bank Reconciliations

Cash Flow Monitoring & Management

BAS Preparation for External Accountants

General Office Administration Duties

Liaising with business owners and external accountants

Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping role

Proficiency with Xero is essential

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work part-time during school hours
