The Role - 3 Days per week, 7.50 hours per day

We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to cover parental leave for 14 months, with full entitlement to annual leave, sick leave, and other applicable employee benefits. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented professional who can manage financial transactions, payroll, reporting, and some administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable & receivable, communicate with customers/vendors, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Process bank reconciliation.

Process payroll, superannuation, and assist with BAS reporting.

Maintain accurate financial records in SAP (preferred but not essential, as training will be provided).

Assist the Financial Controller with month-end and year-end reports, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.

Perform general administrative duties as required.

About You:

✅ 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role.

✅ Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling spreadsheets.

✅ Experience with SAP preferred, but training will be provided.

✅ Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

✅ Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

✅ Strong work ethic, punctuality, diligence, and integrity.
