The Role

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, sharp-minded Bookkeeper to keep our accounts humming. You’ll be working from our Truganina office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we’re open to either a part-time hire or subcontractor arrangement — whatever works best for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

Reconciling accounts payable and receivable

Chasing up late payments (nicely… most of the time)

Managing invoicing and staying on top of the accounts inbox

Answering client invoice questions without the jargon

Processing payroll with precision

Lodging PAYG, BAS, and Super

Pulling together clean financial reports

Keeping us compliant without the red tape headache

What You Bring

Laser-sharp attention to detail

Great at juggling tasks and sticking to deadlines

Comfortable flying solo when needed, but happy to jump into a team chat

Straightforward communicator — clear, calm, and no B.S.

Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems

A natural problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told

Must-Haves

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping

Experience with Xero, Ezidebit, and WisePay

Microsoft Office skills — especially Excel

Understanding of GST and bookkeeping compliance

Bonus points for ConnectWise experience (but we’ll train you up if needed)
