The Role Reporting to an impressive CFO and working as part of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the preparation of compliant financial reports for the Group, ensuring alignment with ASX listing requirements.
• Analysis, insights and decision support to drive operational performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting activities for the group, collaborating with senior management to drive performance insights.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, ASX and internal controls.
• Cash flow reporting and treasury.
• Preparation for reporting season including engaging with external advisors such as audit, legal, M&A, share registry, etc.
• Manage the financial control and finance team.

The Person
Ideally CA qualified with a background from Big 4 or mid tier chartered your technical and compliance foundation will be strong. You will have significant past experience as a financial controller or senior finance manager covering all aspects of financial reporting, financial accounting and financial control. You will be a highly capable leader with experience managing large teams. Experience in an ASX listed environment will be highly regarded (and preferred).
