Join our dynamic and growing team! We’re looking for a Financial Controller / Bookkeeper who will take ownership of our financial operations — managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll with precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial transactions

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and process weekly payroll

Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow

Support month-end reporting and assist with BAS/ATO lodgements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Liaise with external accountants and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial control

Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software)

Strong understanding of payroll systems and award compliance

Great attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
