What do you need?

• 3-4+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on programmatic, performance, social, and video
• A solid portfolio of agency and direct client relationships, within the Sydney market
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Deep understanding of media buying, DSPs, audience targeting, and the digital ecosystem
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter mindset with a hunger to win new business and grow accounts

What do you do?

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new business from direct brands and media agencies
• Introduce and sell a full suite of digital media solutions including programmatic display, native, video, social, and search
• Leverage your existing client network to drive immediate revenue
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to scope, propose, and deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations
• Provide strategic insights to clients on campaign performance and optimisation
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities
