About the role:

• Work on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including leasing and development projects
• Act for a diverse client base, including developers, landlords, and corporate clients
• Building strong and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer/Associate (3-5 PQE) with a solid background in property law, especially leasing and transactional matters.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Can draft and negotiate leases and contracts with ease, with a sound understanding of the Retail Leases Act and experience using PEXA
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a busy, high-performing team and has a proactive, client-focused attitude
