About the role:

• Work with highly experienced accredited specialists.
• Advising a range of high-profile clients such as owners/landlords, government bodies, shopping centres, and corporate developers etc.
• Manage transactions from start to finish, working on all facets of property law, such as property development, leasing, due diligence, acquisition, sales and land subdivision,

The ideal candidate:

• A senior Lawyer with at least 5+ PQE, and experience working on high value commercial property transactions.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property documents.
• A commercial acumen with strong client management & stakeholder skills.
