About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to take ownership of supplier and pharmacy relationships across our growing national network. This role is central to maintaining strong supplier partnerships and delivering excellent service to our pharmacy customers.
You’ll manage over 60+ supplier accounts, balancing commercial strategy with operational execution to ensure smooth product flow and strong market positioning. This is a high-impact role focused on stakeholder management and commercial leadership, without business development responsibilities.
Key duties will include:
- Be the key contact for 60+ suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Develop collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and alignment
- Manage strategic pharmacy accounts, delivering service excellence and resolving issues
- Coordinate internally across procurement, logistics, and warehousing for supply efficiency
- Work on commercial agreements for both suppliers and pharmacy partners
- Develop pricing strategies that support business goals and margin targets
- Forecast sales, manage budgets, and track performance metrics
- Support marketing efforts including trade promotions, advertising, and product launches
- Identify new business opportunities and product expansions
- Report regularly on account performance, sales trends, and market insights
- Run regular business reviews with suppliers and key customers
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has experience in a commercial, sales, or account management role
- Understands the dynamics of B2B and B2C relationship management
- Has worked closely with supplier relationships, product supply, or distribution
- Possesses sound financial and commercial acumen (including pricing and forecasting)
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or other high-compliance industry
- Familiarity with pharmacy supply chains or distribution
