About the role:
Due to continued growth, this company is now seeking a capable and driven Project Coordinator to join their team. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a range of exciting commercial fitout and maintenance projects, especially in the fast-food and quick service restaurant space. The role involves supporting project delivery from start to finish, including coordinating contractors, managing schedules and documentation, and keeping everything on track for successful, on-time handovers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to grow with a dynamic business.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator role within the commercial fitout sector
• Fast food project experience highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, reliable and keen to contribute to a positive workplace culture
