Due to continued growth, we seek a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about construction and interior fit-outs who wants to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will support project delivery from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Assisting in preparing project documentation, including schedules, quotes, and reports.

Monitor site progress and resolve issues to maintain project flow.

Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and site safety requirements.

Managing variations, procurement, and material logistics.

Supporting project managers with general administrative and coordination tasks.

About You
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project coordination.

Relevant qualifications in construction management preferred.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
