We are a well established paediatric occupational therapy practice looking for an administration manager.
We are a cohesive and supportive team who have a shared vision of supporting children and their families to reach their goals, enjoy life and achieve a sense of self worth. The role of administration manager is a key part of this process.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and motivated and can support the team in the following areas:
Problem solving and demonstrating initiative in managing daily running of therapy team of 8 therapists and 2 OT assistants with support of the practice manager
Overseeing clinic client administration and scheduling
Completing daily invoicing
Managing and updating clinic procedures
Managing client accounts and client related processes
Essential requirements:
Experience with client management software
Administration experience
Attention to detail
Initiative and problem solving skills
Computer skills
High level communication skills
Ability to prioritise and multi task
Training and graded onboarding will be provided. This is a part time role and some work from home hours can be organised.
