About the role

Mallison Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Leeming, WA. This part-time role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As one of our Property Manager’s you will be responsible for a high level of communication and service for our owners, tenants and contractors. Other tasks include lease renewals and rent reviews, arrears management including court representation, ingoing and outgoing condition reports and maintenance. We require a committed candidate who thrives on working as part of a high performing team to deliver outstanding service.
