Your Responsibilities:

• Cultivating strong relationships with property owners and tenants
• Managing arrears effectively
• Overseeing property maintenance and ensuring compliance
• Reviewing inspection reports prepared by our in-house team of assistants
• Addressing client and tenant inquiries and requests

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience within the property management industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
• Property Management Registration
