ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Property Manager to step into a well-maintained portfolio, previously managed by a long-term team member of nearly 10 years. This is a great opportunity to thrive in a supportive, tight-knit environment while delivering premium service to our landlords.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
• Share a fantastic Property Management Assistant with one other portfolio for added support.
• Provide leadership and support to your team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
• No business development required—only client referral follow-ups, which are always financially rewarded.
• Conduct your own inspections during your first year to gain a thorough understanding of the portfolio, with support from the PM Assistant as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in property management with strong time management and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communicator with problem-solving skills and polished written and spoken English
• Proficient in Property Tree and confident using property management software
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service, with a hands-on approach to regularly inspecting properties
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle (fuel reimbursed); role starts April 28th, subject to candidate availability
