Our client, a leading property group based in Perth, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. As a senior property manager you will be responsible for managing a well maintained, tidy local portfolio of properties. With longstanding landlords of over 10 years and an experienced assistant property manager for your support this will be a smooth and comfortable transition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Manage rent collections, arrears, and rental increases
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Provide advice on market trends and rental prices
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
• NO Leasing, NO Routines, NO out of office duties

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in residential property management
• A current Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Experience with Property Management software is desirable
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
