Position available:
*Residential Property Manager

To be successful, you will ideally demonstrate:
*Prior experience in all aspects of property management.
*Current Property Management registration is preferred but not essential.
*Current driver’s licence.
*Finely tuned negotiation skills.
*Excellent phone manners.
*Corporate presentation.
*An eye for attention to detail.
*Strong computer skills.
*Organised, dependable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.

*Ability to be a self starter and work autonomously.

*Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no weekends required
