Now, we’re looking for a Broker Support Associate to join our growing team. Whether you come from a sales background or already have broker support experience, this is your chance to make a real impact while building a long-term finance career.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering outstanding customer service by supporting our brokers and finance manager

Speaking with customers on the phone, SMS and email to assess their suitability for finance

Reviewing applications to ensure accuracy, supporting documents, and compliance are all in order

Keeping client files up-to-date in our CRM and loan systems

Assisting brokers with customer follow-ups, loan maintenance, and lender communication

Staying current with lender policies, compliance requirements (e.g. AML, Privacy), and internal processes

What we’re looking for:

A natural communicator with strong customer service skills

Previous experience in broker support, sales support or finance admin is ideal – but not essential

Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Comfortable juggling multiple systems and tasks (strong computer skills are a must)

Confident, professional, and team-oriented with a drive to learn and grow
