About the Role:

As a Finance Broker Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Finance Broker to manage loan applications from start to finish. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency throughout the process, while maintaining a high level of client communication and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications

Collect and verify supporting documents from clients

Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to progress applications

Follow up on outstanding information and keep management informed

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all compliance requirements are met

Support the broker with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in finance, lending, or mortgage broking preferred

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with loan platforms is a plus)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Preferred experience in a similar role AND/OR currently studying a qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field

A genuine interest in finance and customer service

A proactive and can-do attitude

Strong communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail
