About The Role:

As a Graduate Associate at Sphere Home Loans, you will embark on an exciting career path within the Mortgage Sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced brokers and gain hands-on experience. As a Graduate Associate you will work with the broker team supporting all aspects of the application process.

Day to day you will through providing your insight and applying your natural skillset to the Mortgage Broking team to assist in providing an amazing client experience; contribute proactively to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of Sphere’s proposition, processes, and systems and embrace our client centric culture.

About you:

You are passionate about a career in finance and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Experience:

A university degree or current enrolment in a relevant field such as business, commerce, or economics or finance. May consider a non-related if coupled with a passion for finance.

An ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with prior sales experience considered an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate software and applications with ease.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

Be able to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines

Here’s a what you will do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to brokers, assisting them in managing the lending process for clients.

Work with Solicitors, Property Valuers, Credit Managers and Real Estate Agents to support our clients through their property journey.

Support brokers in assessing new lending needs for clients by conducting scenario assessments, obtaining lender feedback, and completing debt servicing evaluations.

Engage in risk and compliance work to ensure all processes adhere to regulatory standards.

General reporting and systems.
