Broker Support / Loan Processor in well-established finance brokerage

If you have experience with loan processing, credit/lending or in a broker support role, this is the opportunity for you! We're looking for a vibrant and friendly individual to join our experienced team which includes brokers, credit managers and administration staff.

Your experience in the mortgage/finance broking industry, coupled with an excellent work ethic and ability to work both autonomously and as a team-player, will position you perfectly for this role.

Your role as Broker Support / Loan Processor

In your role, you will be supporting a team of brokers and responsible for loan processing, tracking and management tasks including:

Initiating and collecting customer information and supporting documents

Inputting and submitting loan applications (eg ApplyOnline) and uploading supporting documents

Ordering and following-up valuations

Learning and understanding credit policies, loan servicing and lending strategies

Managing approval conditions and troubleshooting issues

Nursing approved applications through to settlement

Managing client relationships from initial enquiry to post-settlement

Assisting with supplementary products such as personal loans, car or business loans

Maintaining our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

What we're looking for in you

Experience in a similar Broker Support / Loan Processor role or similar administration role (finance experience highly regarded)

You must have outstanding time-management skills and be a fast and efficient operator. Working with high volumes and strict deadlines, having excellent prioirtising and management skills will be critical.

You require outstanding communication skills and must be personable and customer focused. You also need strong negotiation and problem-solving skills and the ability to always think laterally.
