We’re on the lookout for a Broker Support Officer to join our growing team at Fin Me, a client-focused finance and mortgage broking firm that’s helping Australians unlock their financial potential.

This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting brokers to deliver great outcomes for clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

Assisting brokers in preparing and submitting loan applications

Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties to collect and manage documentation

Tracking loan progress from submission to settlement

Ensuring CRM systems are updated with accurate notes and compliance documentation

Supporting with pricing requests, valuations, and lender follow-ups

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a loan processing or broker support role (preferred but not mandatory)

Solid understanding of the mortgage application process and lending policies (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Familiarity with ApplyOnline, Infynity, Hubspot, or similar systems (advantageous)

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is preferred, but not essential
